Pipeline

This category deals with the transportation of fluids (liquids or gases) or slurries from one location to another. The components are primarily used for joining, sealing, stopping, or diverting the flow within the system.

Pipes

Straight, tubular sections forming the conduit or main body of the line.

Fittings

Components used to connect pipes, change the direction of flow (e.g., elbows), change the pipe size (e.g., reducers), or branch off (e.g., tees).

Flanges

Projecting rims, typically circular, used in pairs to connect pipes, fittings, or valves to allow for easy assembly and disassembly.

Valves

Mechanical devices used to control, regulate, or stop the flow of fluid in the pipeline (e.g., ball, gate, globe).

Gaskets

Mechanical seals, usually made of soft material, inserted between two flanges to prevent leakage.

Studbolt

A threaded rod with two heavy hexagonal nuts, used to securely bolt two flanges together.

Flange Insulation kits

A set of components (gasket, sleeves, and washers) used to electrically isolate two metal flanges to prevent galvanic corrosion and mitigate stray currents.
